The City of Durham, North Carolina’s Down Payment Assistance program is now live, and several improvements have been made to help future Citizens of Durham. The program will provide up to 25% or $80,000 in down payment assistance to first-time home buyers looking to purchase a home within the Durham, NC city limits for low-to-moderate income home buyers.
